We are seeking a HSEQ Manager to join our dynamic team, taking responsibility for the company's safety and quality processes and their development. Location: Pietarsaari with the possibility of hybrid work.

Tasks

Your diverse tasks include monitoring and developing our safety and quality processes. You will be responsible for internal and external audits, annual certifications, as well as reporting and developing our proactive safety culture in various work environments, such as construction sites. You collaborate well with various stakeholders and serve as the company's occupational health and safety manager. You play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of ESG aspects and keeping the company's HSEQ standards up to date as a member of the management team. The company is headquartered in Pietarsaari, but the nature of the tasks allows for flexible hybrid work.


We expect

We expect suitable education and/or experience from similar tasks, good IT skills, and the ability to travel, for example, to the company's construction sites. You possess great project management skills and the ability to lead people through change management, contributing to a positive safety culture. In your work, you need to be able to develop operations in line with the company’s principle of continuous improvement. You are socially intelligent and have strong communication skills. You are systematic, productive, and eager to develop the business in the long run. We require fluent written and spoken skills in Finnish. Proficiency in English and Swedish is an advantage.
